Data used by the studio
We process your creative briefs, lyrics, uploaded music and artist photos, chosen settings, account details and generation records. Existing purchase and order records remain available for support.
Processing and storage
Project records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and media in private R2 storage. Temporary authorized links let our media processor and Kie process the selected inputs. Text generation, music generation and video generation use their corresponding services. Complete outputs are saved to our storage instead of relying on temporary provider URLs.
Cookies and drafts
Essential cookies support authentication and previous orders. Session storage preserves your studio drafts and private order access during navigation. Local storage remembers your Cookie notice confirmation for 180 days. Google Analytics 4 and first-party traffic statistics count visits and measure sources of registrations, creations and purchases. First-party statistics associate visit identifiers with your account when you sign in and store source and campaign labels, limited landing page paths and timestamps. They do not collect your lyrics, audio or photos, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Access and retention
Only authorized users can open their projects and media. Provider inputs and outputs remain subject to provider retention policies. Legacy delivered order media follows the existing 14-day cleanup schedule. New studio project retention will be published before a storage guarantee is offered; download copies of results you want to keep.
Requests and support
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Transaction records may need to be retained separately for accounting or support. Never share account credentials or private media links publicly.
