Generation and delivery
If a provider has completed generation but saving or composition fails, use Retry preparing the file. This restores the existing output without creating another provider task. Failed generation can be followed by an explicit new take.
Unknown submissions
A connection interruption can leave a submission outcome unknown. The studio checks the original task and does not automatically submit a duplicate. Contact support if the status cannot be resolved.
Previous orders and credits
For older credit-funded orders, credits are released after confirmed generation failure; uncertain outcomes remain under review. Contact support with your order or credit purchase ID for a refund review. Approved cash refunds use the original payment provider and adjust the associated balance.
Delivered results
AI output is personalized and varies. Support reviews technical defects and applicable consumer rights individually. Never send card numbers or payment passwords with a support request.
